Tropical Teak Toolbox (Large)

265.00

Handmade toolbox hewn from 30-year-old sustainably harvested Teak from plantations in Nicaraqua. Interior tray for screws, nails and storage of other small items. Large lower compartment for hammers and screwdrivers.  Also available in Tropical Walnut.

Production & Design

The interior tray holds small items, such as screws and nails, while the deeper lower compartment stores larger tools, such as hammers and screwdrivers. The wood pieces are fused using finger joints (also called comb joints), a type of joinery that is resilient and unyielding due to its multiple meeting points. For a streamlined appearance, the upper tray and lid slot seamlessly through the handle.

The toolbox is made with sustainably harvested Teak, from plantations in Nicaragua. Teak is known for its amazingly smooth workability and even grain. Teak, well finished, will remain balanced and stable throughout the years.
