Production & Design

The interior tray holds small items, such as screws and nails, while the deeper lower compartment stores larger tools, such as hammers and screwdrivers. The wood pieces are fused using finger joints (also called comb joints), a type of joinery that is resilient and unyielding due to its multiple meeting points. For a streamlined appearance, the upper tray and lid slot seamlessly through the handle.

The toolbox is made with 75-year-old reclaimed Tropical Walnut  from the forests of Nicaraqua.  Black Walnut is known for rich deep brown and purple color and it’s good workability.
